Hey, Gaugie,
Thanks for letting us know. We WERE worried because we care.
Take your time. We'll keep your place warm- the wine chilled- and we don't seem to go anywhere.
there are always ebbs and tides to all of this. You did it before- you'll do it again.
Love ya,
penni

Well, what Ms. rambi said and everything from me too Mr. Gaugin. Except that don't be too surprised if one of these lowlifes around here filches some of your wine. It happens. Hope you feel better soonest.

You can't go back on a promise and you promised me we would fish Clinton Lake this Summer. I know how you feel. Lets talk, ok?

As long as I know you are coming back, it's ok.

We put an offer on a house, waiting to hear. I am all tied up in knots, it's been almost a week. Waiting to hear one way or the other is aggravating. It's very close to my office, and walking distance to a public library, a couple of small shopping centers, some restaurants, and Border's, so it would be nice for the kids if we got it. They could branch out.

I got shots in my knees Friday, felt much better, swelling pretty much gone.

Weather is so beautiful, not hot, not cold, today the sky was bright blue with puffy golden-white clouds. So many trees covered with flowers. I don't know what they all are. Asked the neighbor what the purple-flowered tree was in her yard, I see these trees in the woods, growing wild, she said "red-bud." But the flowers are purple. Full moon is rising now.

Saw a girl today at Border's, her hair was really purple, she had bleached it and then dyed it, so it was pure purple, like no hair I have ever seen, maybe like grape candy? And six or seven little silver rings in her ears. Maybe just one ear, she had her profile turned to me. A pretty girl, though. Delicate features.

Drugs are sometimes nice, but it depends on the drugs.

Man, everyone is being so nice today. Enough to make you want to grab a lemon for relief. Give us a Stumpy update before you go into hiding. I'll save my rude jokes for later.

This is kinda off the subject. I think. But you ever have those mornings when you're not hungover 'cause you're not sober enough to be hungover yet? Anyway... Was the most relaxing night in awhile. Listened to some wonderfully silly songs from the 80's and pretended to dance, since afterall "if you don't dance, you ain't no friend of mine." Laughed for the first time in many a day. Then had a longer, serious talk with a couple of gentleman who had been out to the "shrine" during the day. good to seeya, bud...
