1. after receiving 99.6% already, and having extended the consent for the .4% (formality to notify those who did not respond) until friday midnight on the 30th, expect final news on monday or tuesday on consent. 2. this will free up idtc to continue to release news on the partners, starting later next week? 3. accumulation began yesterday. today we followed it up with an abnormally amount of 5k and higher block trades than usual. 4. if accumulation continues on monday, we can expect at least one upgrade next week. 5. monday will also kick in when info from today's h&q conf will have been disseminated good luck and i will be surprised if we finish the week under 30.

Jules, I too believe IDTC is a long term keeper but as a position trader I am not adverse to rotation if a stock gets ahead of itself and previous backdoor IPOs have indicated that the parent stock often does just that. I believe that there are rare opportunities to be in front of a major paradigm shift and Net2Phone is one of those type of situations. Though there are still growing pains with technology and quality it will change the telephony landscape and with their leading marketshare they will own this sector from the start. But how it plays out will dictate IDTC share price so it is beneficial to think through multiple scenarios. This is why everyone's opinion on this thread is valuable, it helps to keep the cross-currents in focus.
