Good point about management and personalities. TLWN CEO and Bill Gates have a lot in common..... how's that for an observation!

Their sales manager who missed the CC call today is reasonably dynamic. But often you want your CEO to be self confident but not slick at all, and that is especially true of your numbers guy.

Hey, I learned a long time ago that one's personality does not mean much when judging management's abilities. Strategic and careful thought is often better than slickness and brashness and ultra dynamism.

I trust these guys and I am impressed by 3 things in particular:

** their agressive marketing plan...not afraid to spend money to make money.

** Their ability to land substantial contracts with big names (reminds me of MRPS a bit)

** Their ability to recognize that they could use other complimentary products via the acquisition route, and especially a foreign distribution plan to supplement the weak 4th Quarter and partial Q1 (i.e winter season) in the U.S.

They are pretty savvy.
