Hi Mitchell &Chucky,
I am new to SI. I stumbled across this discussion as i was getting interested in SLVN. Value Line Select had a BUY rating on them I believe several months ago. VL gives SLVN both a very timely rating with excellent 3-5 year appreciation potential. As i read the last 20 posts, it seems their is a lot of negativity on the stock--short selling, etc. in spite of recent announcement of share repurchase etc. Would anyone be kind enough to give me an overview of this company's situation, pros and cons. The educational industry is very hot now, and SLVN has a great brand name with a growing testing business. Thanks for your help.

I just reviewed some data. To me, the past years's chart pattern looks bearish, but earnings growth and analysts recommendations seem quite positive.

I guess I am missing something (at least at this point).
