Topjob site is Dixs site. Topj ($19/share) currently offering jobs in Utah and Houston where Dixs ($.50) has done all the work and using that work as their own site as per the agreement. I agree that Dixs has good deal here. However I am a little concerned that Dixs stockholders may get screwed if Dixs management got a lot of Topj stock in return for letting Dixs stock languish. Since the TOPJ IPO was very successful there is plenty of money to buy out the DIXS shareholders at a very good price. At this point it would make the most sense for TOPJ to buy the cheap stock of DIXS in a buyout so they don't have to give 49% of revenues to DIXS. Since some of the success of the TOPJ IPO is due to the ready made presence in the USA made possible by the years of work done by DIXS and their long suffering stockholders, and due to the great success of the IPO, (they were expecting $12 a share), the buyout price should be about $4 a share. Let us all keep a close eye on this one and make sure we are treated fairly.

I am somewhat concerned that the TOPJ USA president is the same as the DIXS President. It might be a conflict of interest for him to fairly represent DIXS stockholders plus receive stock from TOPJ. We may need to see some disclosures in that area. Other opinions?
