hey kerry.
you sure are an idiot.
you said Shows how little you know about law... The court(s) may very well decide that the
plaintiff pay all costs incurred by the defendants in the course of defending this action..

then you will tell me
I think that may be because the plaintiffs never expected that David would stand up to
Goliath. The plaintiffs may be rethinking their position as we write. I note that earlier
today someone indicated that a Business Wire Vice President no longer offers
information on the telephone regarding this action (all calls are now referred to an
attorney), which is a 180 degree reversal from yesterday (or the day before) when the
same Vice President was being quoted in numerous published articles... Gives the casual
observer reason to pause and think, doesn't it?

think about it for one second, and tell me what is wrong with your second statement. now tell me how stupid you are not to figure out, that the smartest thing to do in a litigation is to send all inquiries to your lawyer. yes, bw's tamaraz spoke with people for a few days, but after getting bombarded with calls, you surely don't want to "over" expose yourself, not like what the idiot 3 are doing here.
no wonder you belong to their group.mama mia. lolololol
