The court(s) may very well decide that the plaintiff pay all costs incurred by the defendants in the course of defending this action.. then you will tell me I think that may be because the plaintiffs never expected that David would stand up to Goliath. I note that earlier today someone indicated that a Business Wire Vice President no longer offers information on the telephone regarding this action (all calls are now referred to an attorney), which is a 180 degree reversal from yesterday (or the day before) when the same Vice President was being quoted in numerous published articles...
