Ed,

I agree with you that it would be good for SFY to increase drilling.
However, I don't think they'll miss the boat on low rig rates. What
I think a lot of people have overlooked is that the support companies
have their own supply & demand imbalance to overcome; i.e. I don't
think the support companies have bottomed yet (in terms of earnings).
Drilling rates are going to remain well below their past peaks for
almost another year yet.

Ed, I think that you need to trust management to zig, or zag as the case may be, when they need to do so. That's why we pay them hefty salaries. <g> If they are holding back on drilling, it may well be that they feel that they can do their best drilling on Wall Street and are looking at acquisition candidates.
