I agree and the releases seem to be pointing out every aspect of the company instead of the company as a whole. Maybe they have to make more than one companies investors acceptable to the offer(s)

Tim, if COMS takeout price is 45 the gap should be closing. I expect COMS to trade in the 30's pre-takeout. News leaks helped FORE move from 17 to 24 hence closing the gap. Number of press releases may be designed for this purpose.

Tim-
coms had a flurry of press just before they warned. I was faked-out and loaded up in low 30's. They warned and the stock fell thru the floor. I expected a pop back that didn't happen. I bailed and bot glm. Next week I may sell glm and buy back coms.

Tim - I have followed your tips, asnd, Going all cash last summer; ompt; pair. I didn't have the cash to load-up on fore (damn).
I made money in each of these deals! thanks.

I also take your tips as ideas and use them to guide my decisions. I always do my own DD. My decisions are my own. When I make a mistake I only blame myself. Btw: I bot hboc last year (tim had good things to say) and I got burned by mck. I have no problem with your comment. I got hboc on my own and lost my own money. (gritting my teeth)

Getting back into coms looks like a good thing to do NOW. Tim's support just makes me feel better about my decision.

Too many words.

Cheers.
Chris
