Morgan - any opinion on MRV Communications (Nasdaq: MRVC). Could it be added to your list of nextgen companies? They will probably turn profitable this year and the revenues have been increasing strongly and consistently (revenue growth chart closely matchs Qualcomm's), although some of the revenue growth has come from acquisitions.

The stock has not done well for the past couple of years, although it recently bounced to 10 from the 6 range. I bought several days ago at 7 1/2. Very positive conference call last week.

Your (and everyone else's) opinion appreciated.

Steve

Hello Morgan, Castle was acquired so they're out. A few others to look into would be
Avici,
TransMedia,
Salix,
Nexabit,
Redstone Communications,
Advanced Switching Communications,
Pluris,
Ukiah Software,
Accelerated Networks,
Indus River Networks,
Shasta Networks.

(although with the rate of acquisitions, some of these may be gone now too (it's tough to keep up)).
