So I figure...
1m in sales for 6200 people deal = $160 per person per PR.

So for a 30m (goal) license qtr I need PRs that refer to 187,000
people or 750 K people per annual PR. Even at half or a third of such deals reporting customers, I have to guess I don't understand how the co. makes the money. because it don't add up.

I am not really this stupid but kinda of joking just how hard it is to assess the biz from these PRs. The company needs better guidance to the small investor. Since it is clear to me the big investor could give a shit about the company.

I say we get the Web community to start buying the company stock for a takeout and appoint Steve Farber, CEO in the event we win the proxy vote. 25m shares/100 = 250K investors and I already account for 73 investors, so maybe we get by with much less!

How much is ongoing maintenance (say over 3 year planning horizon), professional services, etc?

Many of these deals run in the 50-50 range - sometimes license revenue is only 40%.

Also - is that $1 MM the total license amount, what is recognizable over time, what is recognizable just this quarter, etc?
