As always Mr It you are full of it.

The implication of your previous post was that members of this thread were calling for Mr Arkoosh to go for this type of a 'compromise'. Not true. Calling for Mr Arkoosh to drop his desire to do a deal with J/L without verification was not a request for him to compromise it was a request for him to outright drop what we felt was an unjustified policy. As far as my never having spoken to Fred, plenty of people have. Fred's views were widely discussed on this thread by a number of people who had spoken to him.

Criticizing Mr Arkoosh's views is not villifying him. Reasonable adults disagree. I disagreed with his views on the subject of J/L. Please provide evidence of my "extreme dislike" of Fred. I never engaged in any name calling or questioned his competency. Disagreeing with him is not extreme dislike. I don't dislike people I have never met, although you make a good case for an exception.

As far as J/L. I have repeatedly said I believe the Johnson process may be viable. I wish Dr Johnson success. My problem with J/L is entirely with the business side of the partnership. I strongly disagreed with their demand to receive a large equity stake before third party verification. But even that was only business disagreement. The real disturbing elements were the ownership interests. We know the father of one Naxos insider has a major stake in J/L. Who else has an economic interest in J/L?

Which reminds me. Why don't you tell us exactly who you are? What is your association, if any, with Naxos, J/L or Jimmy John?
