EMERGING COMPANY REPORT SERVES UP ONLINE BANKING

with a Side of Soft Serve Ice Cream

DENVER, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Emerging Company Report, the
nationally syndicated television program which profiles emerging-growth
companies (http://www.emergingcompany.com), takes the show
"On-Location" this week from the Denver Financial Fest '99 and features
interviews with Consolidated Data, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSDD) and
Twistee Treat Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TWTE).

Consolidated Data, Inc.'s Director of Marketing Chris Hanson discussed
his company's YourBankOnline.com online banking software, which
utilizes a central "data warehouse" concept of providing functional
interfaces to customers for a variety of financial management needs,
i.e. bill paying, bill presentation, online application and approval,
real-time stock quotes and execution, along with the more traditional
transactions, such as checking and savings. The software also offers
99 levels of security and uses U.S. grade encryption of 128 bit-key.
The company is marketing its online banking software to the 18,000+
credit unions and 6,500 small banks.

Twistee Treat Corporation CEO Steve Wells unveiled an example of his
company's soft serve ice-cream restaurants, which resemble a giant ice
cream cone with a 22-foot tall swirl roof. "Ice Cream has become a $10
billion industry," said Wells. "When Warren Buffet bought Dairy Queen,
Wall Street really sat up and took notice of the Ice Cream business."
The company reports Twistee Treat's Firm Serve(TM) ice cream is served
10 degrees colder than traditional soft serve ice cream, has a smooth
and creamy texture and is relatively low in fat content. The company
has launched an aggressive effort to open company stores and sell
franchises, including a recently completed agreement in Canada.

Additional companies featured on Emerging Company Report this week
include:
