I wouldn't worry too much about a name change. With a consolidation of this magnitude the existing shareholders are already blown off. The current directors aren't leaving with a great deal of upside in Mongolia or N.W.T.! When the real estate man and the oil executive are elected the new direction may be an internet company or who know what. Incentive stock options to insiders and, if available, private placements with warrants will soon eclipse the current shareholders equity.
