additional research into last year's S-3s reveals that my earlier conclusion was faulty.

I simply conclude from this filing that the convert chickens
have come home to roost. And that we're now officially diluted.

Expected, of course, but still not pleasant to see
all those extra shares.

As to acquisition etc, we can only hope. We need
some breakout news. Not another posting from
stockrumors.com or the latest gmgc promotion/reseller plan.
