International Telepresence's medical division has signed a letter of intent to license its 3-D imaging technology to Microstereopsis Corporation, of Ijamsville, Ma., the developer of a patented two camera video display system for surgical and stereoscopic microscopes having two optical channels called Retro-Opsis which retrofits existing microscopes with 3-D video capability.
The Telepresence system will also be used and tested side by side with the Microstereopsis product at the United States Food and Drug Administration Laboratory (USFDA) in Maryland, commencing immediately. A comparison of the technologies, will be the subject of an article by the editor-in-chief of Circuits and Devices Magazine.
The pending three-year exclusive contract will cover all countries except Canada. Certain other restrictions will apply. A final licensing and distribution agreement between the companies is expected within 60 days.

ITLP are in California this weekend and the beginning of the week (don't remember the city) for a show. Her system 3D is very unique and Sony is very interesting at the product. If Sony sign a deal with ITLP, the stock can go much higher than the price that we have now $1.90 . That's why we see a lot of buying in the stock since Wednesday.
