Mr. Anderson, instead of tilting at some stupid $89-a-month windmill, why not marshall the float supposedly controlled by those on this thread for the purpose of removing the present management of Massimo's, tossing them out on their lame, inept a###s, and bringing in a management with vision, ambition, imagination, and intelligence? Is that too much to ask? Just wondering, mind you. You people controlling the float are the owners of this Company, for God's sake, start acting* like the owners.*

Keith, Good idea. And it's not too hard to do either. I'm thinking there's a lot that should have been done and isn't, in what they are trying to do with Ichargeit. They probably could do better going it alone. Here's a good place to start smithfam.com, they've got everything ya ever wanted or needed to know. As for share count, I've got 38,500 unrestricted (and kind of moldy) shares. DuGen
