If you had bothered to read any of the background material available on this legal action, you would already know that at least one of those agencies has been involved. And you'd know why and when and where and the outcome (if any)...

I have sad news for you, Webnoodle. SEC Enforcement only involves itself in matters having to do with securities law violations.

Now what is it you don't understand about the fact that WebNode does not sell securities, and is, in addition, not even a real company?
