I picked up a bunch of shares yesterday based on the the Wired article. The implications are profound for having an exclusive license in Nevada for the only approved "closed-loop" software. I am confident the Kyl bill will regulate Internet gambling to maintain the current status quo. The deal ISWI has is the only set-up I've seen so far which will allow them to be immune from the Kyl bill for the US gambling market. ISWI's deal with RAVE will provide a "proof of concept" for filtering out folks not in the approved geographical area. This is a critical competitive advantage. This stock is cheap enough for me to load up 10K shares and sit back to see if they can take advantage of this golden opportunity.
