I agree about Maria, but I thinks its skin deep. She seems to be dumb as a door nob! I laugh when people see a report on CNBC and run after the stock. I had a stock IMCL, in which a report on CNBC drove the stock up 50% in 3 hrs. It then fell right back down. I think the interviews regarding traders sentiment is interesting. However in general I would bet against whatever Conventional wisdom CNBC is pushing. If they keep touting Cyclicals, its time to get back into tech! It is usefull to gage market mood, and momentum. That is it! Do not forget that Cendant, and Compaq were favorites before they blew up! They would be mentioned religiously by guests and Joe(the faceman)Kernan. A good journalist could have found out about Channel stuffing by CPQ. Thats what journalists are suposed to do!

because I like to see interviews of the CEOs, who are the world's greatest salespeople. Plus I have a big crush on Maria Bartaroma.

No kidding! The advice in Money Mag is much better than any of this self-serving crap we hear on CNBC...but, they give us the breaking news, CEO talking heads, and Maria "Pillowlibs" Bartaroma.

Maria is worth the watch!!
