That's why I find their taking a position in Valence a very positive indicator. A year or so ago, he commented that the new institution was far to conservative to bring Valence to them. Perhaps he has uncovered new information that convinced them- attended the shareholders meeting, toured the plant etc. that qualifies them to make such a judgement.
