The lawsuit had no merit back then, and it does not now. The plaintiffs will simply lose.

As a shareholder both then and now, I resent their filing this suit. I consider it frivolous.

Now one can see why ALL the SEC documents contain broad disclaimers at every step, and will do so up until someone pays for a battery under a purchase order.
