also, i would think Microsoft is smart enough to break apart the way it wants to, not what the way the feds want to. I'm guessing that's why it re-organized they way they did a few months ago. Prepare for the worst just in case the trial goes bad. And then split the company before the actual verdict gets handed down. With the monopoly issue out of the way, they can REALLY go after ALL the markets. And if it doesn't come to that, the re-organization is supposed to help the company out anyway. So win-win either way. JMHO. Good Trading to All. WT
