Little Engine, You don't have to get upset or defensive. I'm just asking reasonable questions.

You keep saying "they are lying" and even insisted "They are most definitely lying!"

Q: Is this just your opinion, or is it FACT?

Then you said...
"you cannot use "pooling of interests" to avoid amortization while at the same time avoid taking the charge for the acquisition."

Q: How does this apply to KWIN? It appears that the charge of the acquisition was 1 million shares and that appears to be included in the outstanding share total.

Q: If they are trying to "avoid taking the charge for the acquisition," what was the 1 million shares for that they said (in their PRs) was the cost of the acquisition?

I'm not defending KWIN. I'm just asking questions.

People dont pay much attention to little engine he is here to try to cause chaos on this thread just like he is trying to do on the jnne thread. He is here to bash this stock plain and simple if you look at his posts on other threads the pattern is simple. He is not here to fight for the individual investor he probably has hidden motives of his own. Just ignore him, that is the best way to stop a basher who neither owns nor wants to own a stock.
