(OTCBB ''MRBO'' - formerly Mr. Roller Boogie's, Inc.) advises that the Company is to establish four distinct Internet e-Commerce Divisions. The company expects to announce appointment of the respective Division Executives next month. The company site at www.keyclub.net will be the integrator of all Company products as well as the Web Portal for the aggregation of all goods, services and benefits for KeyClub.net members. The new KeyClub.net Business Divisions are: (1) Music & Entertainment --------------------- MRBO is working to achieve new approaches to Internet presentation and will use this to directly market music and entertainment product through not only the Internet, but also its recently announced infomercial business in Los Angeles. In this area MRBO proposes to offer compilations, exclusive product and custom orders similar to the business model that K-TEL International, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTEL) has employed in establishing its Internet presence. (2) Software & Technology --------------------- MRBO is currently negotiating the acquisition and/or joint-venturing of product with several software and technology companies. The Company's products will be available in either CD or down-loadable formats through TV Infomercials and the Internet. Additional technologies will be sought which can be marketed as leading edge products, or those which can be licensed to Internet and Technology distribution channels. Priceline.com, Inc. (3) Communication & Information Services ------------------------------------ Key areas of early interest are being targeted in Information Services. These are projected to develop extensively over the next 12 months.
