Robert,

Maybe they are not getting many hits because the website has nothing there of interest.

If nothing else, they could have placed the URL for the IFC loan details on the site. I learned more about HEC plans reading the details of the loan than I have ever learned from a news release from HEC.

They definitely are not big on spending a lot of time talking with the investors. You just have to accept this has a fact of life. It's probably what I would do too, simply to avoid lawsuits. If you want to blame someone, blame our litigious culture.

The technicals on the stock are looking better. It would appear the combination of higher oil prices and the prospects of getting financing for Bolivar are moving this up. Some people are obviously moving into HEC, albeit very cautiously, in anticipation of the announcement of financing.

If they do get the financing, it is going to be a singular event in the company's history. We really will have some of the fulfillment of the promise in hand. Real production with real revenue.

Will the market finally recognize it?

Regards,

Jack Simmons
