that raises an interesting question. If the Feds have a problem with that, does it mean they're actually going after Bill Gates or Microsoft? Perhaps it's a matter of semantics but in a way, they'd be limiting what a person can or cannot invest in rather than saying that a particular company cannot exist as a monopoly.
