J.C. Watts bizarre I don't glue myself to T.V. or magazines but I am generally well informed. I only knew of him because I confused him with Reagan's old Interior secretary some time back. He appeared on the public T.V. newshour tonight with a bunch of lame excuses for why he voted not to support the troops in Kosovo . That's when I pegged him for a wuss, and partisan phony. I don't know what else he's done but it hasn't gotten any mainstream press. TP
