Etc., Let's not forget additional options,and those sweetheart warrants, not to mention exhorborant consultation fees. With a little bit of promo. management could have raised alot more cash with far less dilution. The amount of cash raised will just about cover managements salaries for another year-to say nothing about further exploration. That is assuming no further compensation increases are forthcoming. Management's first concern should be shareholder equity and should be compensated accordingly. From what I gather: Clinton, Lynch, and Baillie were principles in strand minerals, and the ammendments covers their interests, not ours. It is none the less fair and I voted for it. I should hope that the excesses we have witnessed over the past year will cease. You are right-they fed, we bled

Hello etc., Very good news release. Great content. If I read it correctly, it implies that an addtl. 120-130 million tons might be contained in the Santa Monica zone. Market reaction? --------------flat line. The market evidently likes high volume and rapid price rise. The manipulators evidently aren't going to let this happen now. They'll be happy for now to shake a few more shares out in this range. The upcoming final feasibility is going to require $$$. I look for a private placement soon. Let's hope that it is not an "in house" deal at these prices. All the best Surething
