the institution is us as it was POGO I think said. The State Street shares are all our clients, the largest of which is a recent add of 20,000 shares as a speculation - with 1/2 out if and when the stock doubles (the rules).As stated before and to Lev as well - blackouts are not good for the shareholders or the market. To some of you unwashed - and there seem to be a good many of you out there - NO INSTITUTION / MUTUAL FUND WILL BUY INTO THIS STORY - until there is a visible income stream - and the market cap exceeds probably a billion dollars ie 30mm shares and $33.00 on the stock and there is REAL LIQUIDITY in the stock. Presently it is either alive (500,000 shares) - or dead like today. Your fellow optimist who is holding breath for news.
