Marc, Thanks for the link. I actually already have that speach, it was circulated within my company in preparation for our Controller's conference. The change to eliminate pooling of interest as an accounting method for acquisitions is also big news (and what Canadian GAAP has been all along). I actually wrote one of the 3d sites and suggested that they do not put stock advice in with their news reporting and if they are talking about stocks they should reveal their positions. They're opening themselves up to a fair amount of liability if they give advice vs. just reporting the news. Michael
