Perhaps you have seen Fly By Night many times, forgot about it, then hit on it for a trademark.

But it has been mentioned on SI and on this thread occasionally for at least two years.

You had to have seen it, you just do not recall.

X, if you do plan to use the FBN moniker, just make sure you constantly get flamed or else I just might have to sue you for dilution of trademark ;^).
