An amusing statement, to say the least. Permit me, if I may, to point something out to you and the other gnats that have migrated over to Silicon Investor from wherever it is that you done come from:

It is patently obvious that you have no idea what you are talking about. One can only know this by having an understanding of what is actually happening regarding this discussion.

You have some personal animosity for the defendants. That's fine, I can understand that. I don't need to know why, because I don't care.

What I do care about is this case. I am very interested in it. I don't mind wading through this little charade you and your buddies have cooked up to try and "get even" for whatever harm you feel has been done to you by whomever you feel has done it.

It would be wise for you to take a look at two things; first, your behavior is petulant and boring, and second, if you wish to make a point in your favor, you could easily do so by reading the documents relating to the discussion. There are only three, and they are not particularly long. Read them in date order, in the order they occurred, to fully understand the relationships between the three.

In fact, it might be good of KJC to have the contract link below, and the Complaint link below, added to the thread header for easy reference in the event that someone who got out of junior high school and moved on to higher education can refer to them all.

Keeping in mind that this is all about a non-existent company that was never incorporated, has no employees, no business, no nothing; it was and is an April Fool's gag...

The first document is the contract that is entered into by Business Wire and its clients, whomever they may be: #reply-9243573

The second is the the "Press Release" from Business Wire, which is in the thread header: #subject-27856

The third is the Complaint: #reply-9206579 #reply-9206591

Had you or any of your salad ingredient compatriots read those three documents, you could have possibly had a dim grasp of the salient points. This case is actually extremely simple to understand. To my mind, it is blatantly obvious, but as I noted priorly, I got through 4th Grade Spelling.

Do not be too disheartened, however. It is also very clear to me that others, with graduate degrees, have possibly failed to grasp the truth here. Or, it could be that these people are being paid to ignore the truth, and that might indicate that their motives were less than pristine. Know what I mean, jelly bean?

Let me offer, by way of metaphor, a mathematical formula:

0 x [insert any number you wish] x [any other number you wish] = 0

So go ahead on with your lugubrious Grade School Morality Play. The people in the audience are quite capable of making a judgement about your ability to act the parts of mutant bonehead fools, because it is a simple part for you to play.

Should you wish to offer any additional evidence of things relating to the case that you have knowledge of, anything at all, but most importantly anything that might possibly be viewed as libel on Jeff, Bill, or Janice, I heartily urge you to put it in writing and post it here.

And have a really super day. Heh heh.
