Fred, Overnight the shorts have attacked the company on a warrants issue. They are claiming that the company failed to make a partial filing with regard to warrants. The TPEG company has not yet answered, to my knowledge, but with the history of compliance and care about shareholders and shareholder value that I saw in my DD, I would say that these charges will be quickly dismissed. Some less reputable shorts will try anything to intimidate. . .like schoolyard bullies. Don't be surprised if these shorts find themselves to be the ones in hot water. Rande Is
