Were you or were you not aware of this old litigation baggage when you posted the following just 6 months ago? Or were you just hyping the stock for a long trading position? Leaves one wondering if you similarly hype stocks for short trading positions...

Valence Technology (VLNC). Developing advanced lithium polymer batteries for laptops and cell phones. Chart is very strong. Stock is starting to clear out overhead in the $5 to $5.50 range. Once clear of that range, could go much higher. Timer's Digest Timer of the Year Don Wolanchuck calls it a $100 stock. Could be a traders' dream come true.

Hi Larry:

Great site....thanks for the info!

The oldest transaction listed (12/92) was a Carl E. Barg selling 495,000 shares at $16.96. Wonder if that is just a misspelling of Carl E. Berg's name or whether this is someone else.
