Steven, I was unable to log on there for what ever reasons. . . so all my info is second and third hand. As I recall the Edgars regarding the reverse. . .most every issue was immuned from the reverse. . .and specifically only the commons reversed. I was concerned that it affected the pfds, but the Edgars were clear. Dr. Sandrew was not even with the company when that occurred, so perhaps he is not well advised on the details. The Edgars stated very clearly the terms of the deal. There was nothing left to chance, as I recall. When I get a chance I will look into it. Already, this issue has taken too much of my time compared to other DD before the bell. Bottom line as I recall. . . ONLY the commons split. NO OTHER ISSUES split. I don't know how that affects these complaints or which side that puts me on, but that is how I recall it from my DD. Will advise the minute I understand more or know more. . .either way. Rande Is
