Folks on the MMCN thread, please read the post below which I put on the Cisco thread, and note the mention MMCN got this morning on CNBC. I'm thinking of buying some MMCN. Is that a good move now? I need to do some of my own research, obviously, but would appreciate feedback here. That CNBC mention/MSDW tout sure seems to have helped all the stocks involved.

Thanks in advance for any info and I will go back and read the thread.

Cisco mentioned by Maria this a.m. along with Broadcom and
MMC Networks as stocks you "have to own" going into the
upcoming networking conference (which one is that?). I think one
other company was mentioned, didn't get it. Oh, BTW, Maria
quoting MSDW, I think it was. Anyone know MMC Networks,
MMCN? All I know is they are a fabless chip house specializing
in chips for network equip., NICs, etc., major customers the usual
suspects Cisco, 3COM, Intel, located in Silicon Valley. They went
public 11/97. Oh, they are profitable. Uncle Frank, know this one?
Anyway, jump in Cisco helped by analyst's mention, although
CSCO was due. "You're either hot or you're due." - Willie Mays.

LEVL does not have, nor did they ever have ATM technology or plans to get into that.
