concerning IDTC ...

You probably don't know this message board: boards.go.com but it's worth a try, it has some nifty features like "recommend" and "ignore", unfortunately the only very active boards are those from Disney and Infoseek (to whom the GO Network belongs) ...

Anyway, you might want to check it out ...

>>Goldman Sachs Underwriter?
by: creedmor 56621 of 56637
Everyone, I have been following this stock and msg board for over 10 months now I have never posted before. But as a favor to the group for all of the DD done, here's my meager contribution:

About 2 months ago I had asked my broker at Everen to keep an eye out for any news on IDTC or Net2phone. Well last Friday he called on some other stocks but closed the conversation with " Oh yeah, I saw yesterday that Net2phone is on our syndicate list for shares and do you want your name put in for some?" Well I just about fell off my seat!. After a little more conversation he said that it appears that Goldman Sachs (who Everen has a research link and other ties with) is one of the underwriters but that he had yet to see any date or timeframe posted for the IPO. I followed up with questions on the status of the prospectus but so far none is available. He said he would send one along as soon as it shows up. However, I think we will most likely see the confirming news on the wire before we see the prospectus in the public domain. <<
