It tells me that B.C. acquired 42% more of partnership no. 1 for a little less than 1.5 million shares. @ 1/4 a share, that comes to around $375,000 and he now owns 52% of a machine worth 2.5 million liquidible at probably half that amount. The only machine, the machine he calls, "no. 1." He told me there would never be a partnership no. 2. I asked him. That indicates to me that, he is now planning a partnership no. 2. He hasn't come out with a verbal statement to this effect but, what he has said in this most current release implies there will be a no. 2. What he also says (my interpretation) is, "There, I now have controlling interest in the only existing processor. He also implies he's found partners who were willing to give up their interest in the only existing processor for $375,000. Next thing you'll notice is, he'll be building to lease. No. 2, No. 3,.......No. X.
