That is it. But more importantly, big news today!!! $10 million private placement of 2 million units at $5 per unit. A unit consists of one Common share and 1/2 Warrant where a full Warrant (ie. - for every two units you buy) allows the owner to purchase one common share at $7.50 for a period of one year. Proceeds will be used for expansion of Internet sales and marketing, including brand promotion. Very interesting and extremely positive, IMO. Bodes well for future stock price. People will not buy unless they think this is going significantly above $7.50. Warrants would be worthless. It adds shares to the mix, but at higher prices and the proceeds from the offering will allow EBLD to more than compensate for the additional shares by increasing earnings enormously, IMO. The key statement, I think, that shows EBLD is right on target is its plan to focus on brand promotion. This is all it needs to break out in an enormous way. The site is awesome relative to its peers. Everyone who sees it recognizes that immediately. All alliances are in place (looks like they had a good plan all along now, huh). People just need to hear about it now. That's why half of the big name stocks did so well anyway, even the bad ones. And the good ones go up 10 to 20 times upon exposure. I honestly would not be surprised to see EBLD hit 50 or 100 before the year is out. Once it breaks, it will break in a big way.
