Rich, you are trying your best to not let me have that last word.

Regarding the timing of Lev's sales. According to the table I posted earlier, he sold over 1 million shares at prices between $14.50 and $20 between January and March of 1994. Therefore, he easily took out $15 million within 2 to 5 months of their failure to deliver on the contract. The last 424,000 shares were sold in March and the announcement of their failure to meet the specs. was made in May.

I guess the plaintiffs must think he had some inkling when he sold those 1 million shares in January, February, and March.

My own opinion? Doesn't seem frivolous to me.
