One thing I believe - IDTC will do well either way. Will there be disappointment and sell-off if they don't announce an IPO on Monday? I'm rather certain. so far you are the only person who thinks they are so near to announcing the ipo. monday? not a chance. they have deliberately to build strong sentiment leading up the ipo announcement, which still has other events to occur before its announcement.

David, thanks for taking the time to put together an excellent post offering different views on how these scenarios may play out. Though we are long tens of thousands of shares in personal and private accounts under management we are not willing to let the P&L take a hickey if things dont play out right. Though we rely on many sources of information I like the dialogue here on SI and feel strongly that multiple opinions benefit everyone. I am very concerned about the fact that some people may have been kicked off the thread. I have seen nothing to indicate that was warranted for anyone. If this does happen I would like to know the details via PM.
