This project was started last year and was to be equipped this summer.
I surmised that the more than $100 millions will be taken from AMAT backlog since when the project got started AMAT made announcement of more than $100 millions in new orders.
As I understand this was one of the first projects with AMAT setting up the whole line without NVLS, TEL or LRCX equipment so this might be a double blow. I don't know who else they partner for this type of set up.
