Just read an interesting post this AM on Individual Investor on line. It seems that this guy was wanting to buy a PC, so he asked his friend, a UPS driver, which Pc's he saw returned to the manufacturer the most. While he did not state which PC that was, he DID state that he RARELY saw Dell computers going back to the plant for repairs.

They forgot to tell you that the monitor is extra. The computers really cost 700-800dollars. Emachine is financed by the Japanese and will IPO this summer, they said as well on the show.
