Anyone knows why NSDQ100 has been up big since market closed yesterday? It's now up 23 pts. Looks like all of a sudden money is going to come back to high techs again. Don't know what triggered it? Probably because Nasdaq held 2500 support. It will be interesting to see if the strength on the NSDQ100 futures will hold tomorrow.

OT -- I thought the loan basically is a bookkeeping entry. It just avoids immediate default on the old loan. No new money for the economy, no new money for the government, and no new money for the corrupt oligarchs. It's up to the other foreign creditors to reschedule other loans. Everything is still contingent on Russia enacting reforms and restructuring their banking system. Meanwhile, they still need money to develop their natural resources.
