BigK <As a long-term PFE buyer and holder, I think the Peabody Model has been useful as a guide to determine when PFE has a higher probability of being undervalued as compared to historical price trends> There have been an incredible bull market run in this sector for the last 5 years. It might be catching a falling knife by comparing historical price trend to average down without considering the current macro environment and the fair P/E under this ongoing environment. In stead of timing the underlying issue by buying at valley, I would prefer to buy at fair p/e. Actually, your Peabody did not have any buy recommendation between middle of Jan. to middle of April though there are a couple of valley in the duration.
