Howard,

It could very well happen if ....

The CEO search and decision process is progressing smoothly and rapidly.

When Rosen, et al. chooses a CEO with aplomb, flare, intelligence, people, WS and marketing/coordination/decisive skills ... I believe CPQ will see an immediate 5+ point reaction UP (30ish) within days of the announcement. Then UP (40ish) from there within months.

WS would have knocked down CPQ much more by now if it wasn't for their high regard/trust in Rosen and his abilities.

This CEO decision WILL be pivitol for CPQ's future and Rosen's continuance of his excellent reputation.

Let's hope he will do the right thing and fairly soon.

Michael

Howard,
You have been saying the same thing every day for what seems like a month of Sundays. Why do you keep this stock? Why not sell and buy another more promising stock? Why ride a dead horse? This stock is going to base for some time. Why follow it's daily movements so closely? But most importantly will you quite whining? The whining is aggravating my Compaq manic depression and makes me aggressively insulting.
