Hi Fred!

From 68 to 60 in two days.
That is because the index consists of 100 issues. Most consistent bullish percentage is the NYSE BP which consists of thousands of issues. The more issues involved the slower the changes will be, while a small index such as QQQ will move more quickly. I also keep track of the YTK BP on the AMEX which now is only 19 issues and I have seen that move very quickly.
