Wes.

Your package should contain the following:

A cover letter from Tom O'Dell Dated April 15, 1999. (One page. Printed on white paper.)

A letter from Mike Wallace addressed to "Certain Stockholders of Trinity Energy Resources (formerly known as Trinity Gas Corporation) Re: Notice of Confirmation of Plan; Letter of Transmittal; Subscription Agreement. (Printed on ivory colored paper. Three pages.)

A "Summary of Procedures and Deadlines for Exchange and Rights Offering by Trinity Energy Resources, Inc. (One page. Printed on ivory paper.)

Pink "Letter of Transmittal, with respect to Exchange of Old Common Stock of Trinity Gas Corporation for New Common Stock of Trinity Energy Resources, Inc...." (Seven pages. Pink paper.)

A set of "Guidelines for Certification of Taxpayer Identification Number of Substitute Form W-9". (Two pages. Printed on white paper.)

A "Subscription Agreement". (Five pages. Printed on either yellow or light blue paper.)

A copy of the "Third Amended Disclosure Statement..." (About 100 pages including exhibits.)

These packages would have been sent to you by American Securities Transfer, Inc. (AST) Trinity's transfer agent, ADP, which handles stocks held in "street name", or from the clearing agent of your brokerage house, if stock is being held by your broker in your own name.

As for anything about voting, I believe that was done a few months ago. If you have specific questions you should call the company. I believe the person you should talk to is Lin Reynolds.

Oh, BTW, free-trading stock that is held by my broker only contained the letter from Tom O'Dell, a copy of the 100+ page "Third Amended Disclosure Statement...etc.", and a one page "Election/Offer" form with instructions to call my broker.

I still am not quite sure what to do, but will have a chance this afternoon to make an attempt to figure it all out.
