FineLine Properties.com Announces the Company's
Web Site Records Over 1,200 Hits Since Opening on
Monday, and New Apparel Line Additions to the
Company's E-Commerce Store
biz.yahoo.com

FAIRLAWN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 1999--FineLine Properties.com Inc. (OTC BB:FNLN - news) Friday
announced that the company has made some additions to its apparel line on its Internet E-Commerce Signature Store Site.

''We have expanded our offering of women's apparel lines to include a 'scoop neck jersey' to go with our V-neck and scoop
neck jerseys for women, not to forget our denim woman's shirt,'' indicated FineLine's President Robert Petry. ''We wanted to
extend the overall appeal and we have some additional introductions planned for next week as well,'' he continued.

The foregoing has been a direct result of the company receiving over 1,200 site hits for their online store since being announced
to the public on Monday.

The company's ''Signature Line'' of apparel items is inspired by FineLine's extensive cartoon family. The Signature Store is
accessible directly from the FineLine Properties Internet Web site at finelineproperties.com.

The company is modeling the branding strategies of successful online retailers Disney (NYSE:DIS - news), Amazon.com
(NASDAQ:AMZN - news), Dell (NASDAQ:DELL - news), and eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY - news) by being the innovator
and originator in its industry.

FineLine is one of the first companies ever to introduce cartoon characters to the world using its Internet Web site as a
platform. Some of FineLine's cartoon characters have already been on the international stage. With licenses in more than 20
countries and on over 450 licensed products, the company has the management expertise to cause this e-Commerce store to
be an unqualified success.

Planned as future product and apparel line introductions, are caps, weekend bags, seat suits, fall jackets and related items.

''Our first priority was to design items for the spring and summer months'', said Petry, ''but now, we have to start focusing on
the fall and winter as one can not believe the long lead times required to implement projects such as these and get items
produced and ready for market.''

FineLine plans to be a major player in e-Commerce sales. With more than 180 million Internet surfers on a global basis and
more than 80 million in the United States, cyberspace reaches almost every corner of the globe. Last year (1998),
e-Commerce moved $23 billion worth of consumer merchandise, with projections for 1999 indicating that this figure should
exceed $75 billion.

continued acceptance of the company's services, increased levels of competition for the company, and dependence on the
