Besides death, there is also the certainty of Ampex's 1st quarter earnings report (boy, are my priorities twisted) in the next 2 weeks.

Then the annual meeting by month end. Also, the May 31st reshuffling of the Russel 2000. Based on last years 2000th company's market cap, Ampex would be in again at this price. It's done on May31st, but the shuffling isn't publicly disclosed by Russell until about June 20.

If TV on the Web was expecting to go public by end of summer, then we might see a registration statement filed with the SEC in the month of May. --Intrusive thought here---do they follow broadcast TV and "launch" the ipo and their "fall lineup of shows" in the August -September time frame.
